@cops.cam.night: Part 3: Kicking and Spitting at Police Doesn't End Well for Impaired Woman: On July 31, 2025, Charlotte County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 7-11 convenience store after receiving reports that a 38-year-old homeless woman had jumped over the counter and was harassing employees. Deputy Ovalles-Vasquez arrived first to find the woman in the parking lot with her shirt off. When he asked for the woman's name, she walked away and started pole dancing with a parking bollard. Deputy Ovalles-Vasquez attempted to detain the woman, but she resisted while he was handcuffing her. Other deputies arrived and they were able to gain control of the woman. While attempting to place her in the back of the police vehicle, she allegedly kicked several deputies. She later started spitting at deputies. EMS arrived and administered a sedative, which calmed the woman down enough so that she could be transported to the hospital. She was released several hours later and was taken to jail. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.#cops #police #drama #fyp
