I called to cancel whilst currently mid-contract today and they offered me half price instead and lifetime Disney if I took on a replacement new contract instead of cancelling. Win win if you call them to complain 😉

I was with them for 10 years...their prices are HORRENDOUS. Went from £13 to £28 a month over that time. They refused to match any competitor prices. I moved. Sod them.

I’m sorry but if I sign a contract the price should stay the same as when I signed. It’s funny because they can decide “we need to charge more to remain profitable” at any point but if I want to reduce payments “sorry, you signed a contract” 🤬
