Mine was like this too actually much much bloated (bigger) until I started exercising 4-5 times a week and my stomach has gone down soooo much!! The hernia is still there and huge but my belly looks slimmer

I had a gastroscopy about 6 weeks ago. Also have hiatus hernia. My prescribed meds have eased some of the symptoms. But yeah this thing made me feel really sick. I still feel weird in the digestive system almost all the time ..

I’ve got a large one pushing up into my lungs too big for them to do an endoscopy won’t operate said I wouldn’t survive it so left with this really bad pain every few days

i had a 3cm hiatus hernia diagnosed in 2018 but i think mine has got bigger as last 3 months im so bloated 24/7 bloat more when eat small portions. feel full constantly. been waiting months for hospital appointment with gastroenterology since may im only 9st and usually have flat tummy

mine is 6cm but im very lean and its hard to even see. Question! I have shortness of breath and lightheaded with extreme lower back pain. I hear the shortness breath can be the hernia pressing the diaphragm? Please anybody else?
