I do
1. Hip Thrusts 3×8-10
2. Barbell RDL 3×6-8
3. Seated leg curl 2×10-12
4.Abductor Machine 2×10-12
5.Hyperextensions with plate 2×10-15
and then some abs (hanging leg raise 2×10-15) on my first glute focused leg day and it's intense and very effective. recommend.
