Passenger was so understanding. He didn’t resist the cuffs because that would just be drama. The officer explained it’s only for this stop and for everyone’s safety and he didn’t fight it. Now he gets to get off free and go home

Well, that’s a clean traffic stop. The person in trouble try to get away. While they’re passenger was telling him to stop and just give up. Backup showed up perfect timing.
