I put on eye drops 15 minutes before putting in my contacts. I wash my hands. I inspect the lens and wash it with biotrue. I always do this even with dailies. I put a drop on the lens. With the opposite hands use your pointer finger to put the upper lid up. Use your middle finger to pull the life lid down. I put the contact on the whites of the eye and move it in a circular motion until the contract lens sits itself where it belongs.

I went to a local place for a contact lens trial and it was terrible they played a video for me and then just watched me struggle without giving any instructions and just offered to play the video again… It took me a week of every day practice (for like an hour) to get my eye used to the whole thing and I finally got it in 🥰🥰
