I’ve ran grain and milk at 95k plus and I don’t think I’ve ever split the low side but an 18 is all I care to drive because you never know when you might have a funny situation that the extra would come in handy

When you start hitting 135k up hill from a stop. You’ll want all 18😂 I thought I could get away with at least skipping low range splits. Nope I was mistaken

I haul heavy haul. You never use those bottom gears unless you’re bumping off the line.
