I’ve been watching locals posting videos leading up to the hurricane and within hours after. One thing I noticed is that nobody was ever crying or acting scared or nervous . They seem to just have a consistent sense of calm and cool regardless. They also seem to be taking really good care of guests despite everything. Makes me want to visit.

When we first moved to South Florida, we were facing our first major hurricane. My Jamaican neighbor made sure we had all the necessities to keep us safe before and after the storm! Best neighbor ever 🇯🇲
