for those concerned with gas: soak the beans in water overnight. ensure to change the water a couple of times. then boil the beans, changing the water (always drain and add boiled water on the beans) about 2 times. NO GAS.

In the recipe (as far as I can tell and from own experience): onion, garlic, olive oil, some sort of beans (I use white beans), tomato paste, sun dried tomatoes (if you like, it's not a must), coconut milk (I use light coconut milk), yeast flakes (important), some spinach (can be frozen if you don't have fresh), a bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and, if you like: sweet paprika powder and maybe a bit if dried oregano and/or dried basil

made it! couldnt be bothered to check the actual recepy so i guessed for everything (amount, spices etc.) also didnt have lemon or dried tomato. used apple vinegar instead of lemon and doubled the tomato sauce to give it some taste. Tastes ok but not good enough to take a spot in my monthly recipe redo rotation 🤔 interesting tho!
