no issue there. since samplers first came out, hell even synth presets, many of us used other people's sounds. AI will probably come up with some truly wild sounds. as long as it doesn't just regurgitate other people's work of course, but it doesn't have to, just depends how it's trained and used.

You may be able to prompt a sample but the real skill is in the songwriting and production. So even with ai generated music you still need human skill to know what makes a good song good and what sounds/lyrics/production is good or not
