No judges do not. They just start with the premise that the father should have rights over the child and that the mother has to suck up the chaotic upbringing

Judges don’t care, they didn’t listen to me at all about my son, granted more days to my ex and my son is refusing to go to his because his dad isn’t nice to him but I’m being forced to make him go while my son is kicking off and in floods of tears. The judge said because my son is 9 he can’t make his own mind up on this, what do I do because it pains me forcing a child to see someone they don’t want to see.

This is my situation. Although my ex is a good dad and my daughter loves him. When she goes for the weekend it’s mayhem, late nights, no routine, no bed so they “camp out” in the living room. Thid was fun at the start now she feels so relaxed and secure at home. Xx

Parent b has more routine for his children in our house than they have at home with parent A

see now I agree. however, the no bedtimes, random meals- usually take aways. momey thrown at them from parent B. becomes the better oareny to the children. a novelty. parents B uses my routine, rules etc against me with the children which makes him favourable. - hard to explain tbh

what if parents B puts his new partner 1st priority and keeps cancel on their child and blames parent A for it? My daughter is drfting away from her father and started cancelling on him and makes less time for him.. she is 13 now and doesnt care if contact breaks down. i believe shes him but simply doesnt miss him enough to see him anymore.. also she does not get on with his new partner.. and broke up contact with her all together, so if he sees his daughter she demands that it is him alone

what if parent b lies and is the female in the relationship but still the system believes their lies and inconsistencies and they still are allowed to pull the strings although they are the problem

I'll say it again and again consistent and stability is what a child needs.

Is there anything I can do if a parent keeps trying to drop the child off early? Especially if I haven’t agreed to being home early and they threaten to leave the child alone at my house? (Child is 11)

No judges dont take this into account. They don’t care about the kids. They enable the abusers which leads to parent A having to deal with the destruction parent b left and pick up all of the pieces. Family laws need to change. It is destroying families mostly women and children.

You have a British accent. Are you speaking about UK judges? Because I don’t think this applies in the U.S. 😔

Parent A is the more important parent and should be in charge of all school time! Don’t mess their school week with contact with B!

This isn’t just separated parents. Even parents who live together or live alone. Children deserve routine, structure and healthy boundaries. Love your child enough to do this

using your child as a weapon against the other parent is obvious, no matter how you dress it up. Time for courts to start prosecuting false or exaggerated claims !

Ok so what if parent B is in that situation because parent A took the kids while he was at work with no discussion prior moved to a new area 85 miles away and then parent A blocks you from making any contact with the children. How will the court look at that???

I’ve watched your videos for so long and I need to be honest . I’d hate if you were the judge when my physically abusive narcissistic ex took me to court.
