most Android phones have bluelight filter that you can set to automatically turn on and off at a certain time. Settings > Display > Blue Light Filter or Eye Comfort Shield

Everyone should have night shift on constantly to avoid blue light, and then ALSO set this shortcut up for late at night. When I’m in bed in a dark room I use the red color filter
