before I got diagnosed with ADHD three years ago. I thought I was so weird because sometimes I just needed someone there, just knowing someone was there is all I needed 🤣🤣 I thought I was the weirdest person until I was diagnosed and started talking to people with ADHD. I realized that's just how we are 🤣🤣

Maybe I'm lucky, but that's why I have dogs. It doesn't really have to be a person for me, most of the time. They're always just there. Cooking? They're watching. Reading? They're napping. Cleaning? They're confused as they watch me from a nearby doorway.
