a very powerful fan right before the picker to blow any lighter material away but will leave the nuts? alternatively if you wanna go overboard, pull it behind a small hovercraft as it won't crush any and also blow everything away🤣

For shelling them, we end up bringing them to our local pecan store where they have machines that do it. it does cost money but saves so much time
