A lot of us expats have left Thao dien. When you first come you go there and then you realize that it’s much better and cost effective elsewhere. I’m a D3/Phu Nhuan guy. D10 and d5 are dope too. I’m buying a place right now and I loooked in d7 PMH and it’s super dope, it’s just why would I pay 4.25 billion for a place when I could get the same type of place in d3 or Phu Nhuan for 2.5.

Most BIG villas are occupied by wealthy Vietnamese. The Vietnamese, who live in this area are far wealthy than any expat.

there are a lot of Vietnamese in this area, yes, it has expats but it is also loaded with international schools. love it and I'm not rich. 🤣
