I did this, I didn't like the answers and took the job anyway. HUGE MISTAKE! I should have trusted my gut and not ignored the red flags.

I have done this and it was excellent. When I did, I got an answer to a single question that surfaced all the red flags. I thought thank god I asked cause I do not want to work there.

Questions I’ve asked in interviews: how does a typical work day looks like? How did you start at the company and got to your current position? you asked me where do I see myself in xx years— what do you expect me to accomplish in my first year? What does a successful “insert title” looks like from your perspective? 😂 interviewing is for YOU to also figure out if YOU want to work there 😂

Do this for a position that youre applying to that requires you to troubleshoot/lead, and not any other positions, other positions they want you to obey and not think outside box, so use it where applicable
