After replacing the worn-out pump, the system was tested — and as you can see, the hydraulic cylinders are now lifting smoothly with full pressure and power. Originally, the PTO was engaging, but the hydraulic cylinders weren’t moving. After performing a detailed inspection, our specialist tech found the PTO pump shaft was severely worn, preventing the system from building the hydraulic pressure needed to lift. 💡 Common causes of PTO pump shaft damage: • Wear and tear from prolonged operation and load stress ⚙️ • Contaminated or low hydraulic fluid leading to internal wear • Misalignment between PTO and pump shaft • Overworking the hydraulic system or improper setup ⚠️ If not repaired in time, this can lead to: • Loss of hydraulic power or slow operation • Pump overheating and internal damage • Metal debris contamination in the fluid • Complete PTO or hydraulic system failure ✅ After installing the new PTO pump, the cylinders lifted perfectly — smooth, strong, and responsive.
