Thank you so much. I just got diagnosed with shingles at the emergency room. They gave me a lot of antivirus meds, nerve pain meds, steroid, lidocaine. should I stop taking all of that and start doing this or can I do both together?

One of my HUGE goals in the new year is to find and become established w a Dr of Chinese medicine. I am a firm believer and advocate of science. Therefore I will keep both western AND add in Eastern medicine as well. (And yes, both are evidence based.)
