OP is correct that you can’t have a baby without a uterus and ectopic pregnancies are always not viable, but ectopic pregnancy is far more common than 1-in-a-million, unfortunately.

the reason op said "we won" was bc she was cheering for university of michigan (said "go blue") football team, and the last commenter said "go buckeyes" (ohio state) but also hoped she had fun during the game, and michigan had won the game she had mentioned (against michigan state), ohio state and michigan have a really intense rivalry so thats why it probably got mentioned at all
