They always rush, interrupt you, look annoyed, don’t ask questions, look at the issue at the surface level and never investigate properly what will solve your issues. It’s very disappointing and discouraging.

I was told I was wrong by the nurse, PA, and doctor. A year later it turned out I was right: I have stage 4 cancer and I had it when I was insisting the scan was read wrong. They’re not your friends and they are human: advocate advocate advocate for YOU!!

I literally have a panic attack before every doctor appointment 🥲 thankfully i got in with a great neurologist who listened and passed the tissues at my last appointment

I asked for a neurology referral again today. I was told there’s “no point” because the wait is two years. I said that constant migraines and nerve pain aren’t normal and I want to understand the cause. I’m unable to work due to debilitating nerve pain. Instead, they prescribed daily migraine meds. I’m exhausted fighting for medical care. I’ve never felt so unseen, I’m just a number. No one cares
