My favorite fried noodles hands down. Been eating them for years. I add ground beef, bokchoy, & top it off with a fried egg. Chef's kiss 🤌🏻💯❤️

I always add green onions. Also, I love adding char siu/ roast pork. Then finish it up with another drizzle of soy sauce/ shoyu. Bonus, sriracha sauce, YUMMMMMMMMMM!
