@lanaisaaa: people keep asking why i have no friends so i thought should give an explanation! while i totally encourage everyone to experience being single, and i personally do not want children, i do think and encourage the idea that everyone should at least have a few good friends. i used to have a lot of different friend groups and a few very close friends. most of us just drifted apart, i moved across the country alone for 6 months which didn’t help, and we just kind of grew up and realized we don’t have a lot in common. i still wish those people nothing but the best and am thankful for the memories i had with them! on the contrary, i had a lot of people i considered friends that were not so great. i think it’s extremely difficult to find friends that truly have your best interest at heart, and these people did not. after having the worst years of my entire life in 2023 and 2024, and finally starting to feel healed from the constant bad things that happened or were done to me, i decided that i just wasn’t interested in getting to know new people right now. i do not want to be completely alone forever, but im enjoying peace and not constantly being in fight or flight for the first time in years, and im not willing to risk that yet. i wasn’t always perfect either (though i knew my limits) but i am finding that this time spent by myself is bringing out the best in me, and im genuinely seeing myself become a better person (on the inside). i eventually will make friends and get back out there, but for now, i am choosing to be happily alone. thank u for watching 🤗 #beingalone #livingalone #solovlog #Vlog #alone #homedecor #homesense #bookstore #BookTok #solo #alonebutnotlonely #cozyvibes #livingalonediaries #inmy20s #apartment #dinner #pov #asmr #childfree #single #solodiaries #christmasdecor
