this makes me happy(I am eating natto rn😊) I was scared to try it bc everyone says it's gross but one day I decided to just do it! I googled how to prepare it&now all these vids w people just eating it right out the box&complaining makes me sad. Theres something about having it with a soft egg over rice that somehow transforms it from 'mid' to really good! I do a little shoyu&sesame oil to froth it, then on rice w an egg and kim chee! It is cheap, simple, affordable, easy to make, and nutritious!

Add an egg yolk, kew pie mayo, a tiny bit of soy sauce, and hot sesame oil. I like mine like that with of course green onions.

Natto is one of my favorite foods. Anyone that loves natto is a green flag in my book. I was raised on natto since I was really young. New years me and my family would eat it with mochi. I eat it with rice. If I don’t have rice I’ll eat it with crackers or as a sandwich. Yummy.
