Please somebody explain this to me. I assumed everyone wants to have a clean neighborhood. Why would you need permission to clean up a yard? Does that make sense to anyone? Is the complaining neighbor a psychopath? And you’re taking time from the police who have more important things to do to come out for something that is no way a reasonable reason to call police. The complaining neighbor should be arrested.
