This is also true for any other countries, always choose local currency, or it will trigger DCC, which charges 3-8% more.

I almost chose the USD option when I paid with my US card. I was thrown off bc it’s been a while since I used it. I only use it when I get paid in USD but I also get paid in KRW 😭
