@jaycyj.pov: I went to One Cafe today. In my opinion, a true hidden gem in Richmond. It’s in the empire center food court but please be warned it is always so busy in there. Be ready to share a table but I swear, it’s totally worth it. I recommend the breakfast sets, the milk tea and any of the “meat lover” options on the menu. Overall, great price, quality and value.
