when they renovated that flat it was for south Africans alone no foreign national is allowed to stay there but when the owner wanted rent the residents there said 4500 was too much they wanted to pay 1500 for the two bedroom flat and some sayed they won't pay rent and demanded free electricity

People always try to play dom when being evicted, you'll find the case has been ongoing for 5 years and these people were represented by Legal Aid and lost the case and their Attorneys did inform them that the Eviction Order was granted against them. Now all of a sudden we don't know anything we were not given a court order. 🙄
