Today January 12th I was visiting an old New Orleans cemetery and I immediately thought of Chris G. from TikTok. I noticed the fence around an old (at least by American perspective) crypt and immediately said to myself those are repurposed cannons. If not for Chris’ videos on repurposed bollards, stretcher fences, dragon teeth, etc. I would have walked by blithely unaware. I asked a worker and those cannons were used in the Battle of 1812 and then eventually reused as part of a fence. Thanks Chris.
