I’ve always wondered why I feel most inspired and witchy AFTER Halloween/Samhain. Every year I’m like ‘okay it’s gonna hit me any minute’ in the lead up, but I only really feel its power after the 31st has passed.

in truth I kind of celebrate samhain throughout the entire autumn season. once the leaves begin to change colour is when I tend to feel the spiritual difference, and it doesnt fade for me until a little before I would start preparing for yule. blessed be 🖤

I always struggle with staying grounded during the Samhain season - it’s consistently been a really challenging time for me psychologically and spiritually throughout my life, even when I try my best to be intentional. Do you have any insights on why this could be and/or any advice? I love Samhain, but it tends to consume me.
