Good Samaritan law should cover that cost too as well. This man should not be punished for catching a baby and the mother was wrong in trying to ask for money there shouldn’t have been anything asked for she’s lucky he lived that baby could’ve died if that guy wasn’t wasn’t there.

The mother should be held accountable for that. But then, if she doesn't save the baby, the baby will die, and she could still get charged. What the hell should she do, man? The mother should be held accountable because of the neglect/carelessness.
