For me it depends on the customer. But yes I do have anxiety about some of them. After years you kinda learn which ones will actually fix their equipment versus those who just want to keep it running.

my suggestion is that you need to write two columns, one is for the items that it's due for as required maintenance and the other is for the rest of the issue that you have found when doing your inspections. some items will probably overlap in the way that they need to get repaired so they may cancel themselves out on one of the columns.

One of the problems that I had with a lot of the customers at my shop is that I am honest. I’m not gonna sugarcoat the problem and I’m gonna be honest about about the solution. I don’t like leaving things dangerous so it always turned into more work, they barely could afford it sometimes and made a huge difference in doing it right but I could do without the drama.🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
