They have this in plenty of places in America that are devoid of Democrats. You're talking about Chicago and LA, Democrats strongholds. Rural communities in America are incredibly safe and high trust.

The thing is, most people living in Bansko full time are rich (of you go there on holiday, you are also probably at least middle class), and they wouldn't have any reason to steal anything, let alone from a farmer (we do have a lot of respect for farmers here). They usually even leave tips on top of what the price is. A lot of people living in Bulgaria are saying in the comments that this wouldn't be possible in a larger city, however, you can still see the vending machines for fresh milk in a lot of big cities and you bring a bottle, leave some coins in the machine and it pours you fresh milk. That I think is truly a treasure, and it is so much cheaper than the milk in the supermarket as well.
