What about hybrid cars they start in electric then all the sudden u speed and engine turns on with high revs straight way dose this damage the engine and can here the engine it’s forced is there any explanation for this

In the morning I always leave my engine running for 10 mins gives it the proper lubrication and lets your car warm up sufficinetly 30 to 60 seconds isn’t long enough at all don’t listen to this.

Sorry, but for modern cars, the wear for cold start last for only 0.2 seconds if the temperature is above -40C.
