Never has there been a time I need to mix insulin. I would just use two syringes if need be. But they don’t even order them that way anymore…..

Curious… why are the insulins being mixed? In Europe, pre-filled pens are used and injected separately. Also, critical safety reminder- if insulin is being drawn up from a vial, always use an insulin syringe.
