The last 2 interviews I went on were just “formalities” as they already had their person picked out to hire but legally had to interview 1 outside individual. Very discouraging.

Christmas is certainly canceled. It’s been over 1 year > 260 applications, 5 last rounds interviews. 3 roles indicated that the job has been canceled and no one will be hired for role. 2 chose other candidates. Frustrating indeed!

I am not a hiring manger but it was not that complicated. matter fact i just helped hire someone a f it was a mistake. I knew it was a mistake but my supervisor said it was to late. I dont care what one of my coworkers think because most of them don't have a clue to be honest. I just don't get why big companies have 3 or 4 Imterviews. it should be the people working with them that are Interviewing

Great advice, but why do a talent person has to go and do jumping through hoops and put things out there that you are not, I’m here to maximize the company profits not make this one and that one smile. When I was the hiring manager I wanted to know was the talent gonna get the job done 🤷🏿♂️
