You’re right. I don’t care what people have to say…when they’re lying. When they’re being hurtful. When they don’t care. That’s what’s disrespectful to me. So yeah…I’m not letting that shit get into the universe. So that they can will their desired reality into existence to avoid confronting accountability.

For me, it’s when I have a point that relates to what they just and if I don’t get it out, it’ll be gone in 0.02 seconds. Terrible working memory. I know it’s disrespectful but it’s quite literally impossible to have a conversation with me otherwise

With some people you can tell they do it on purpose. I call it out in a semi sarcastic or funny way the first time. The second time I say “ooooooooooppppsss” kinda loudly.

I say “Oh! Your turn!” Or “I can’t hear you when you interrupt me”. With some people it does not work to keep talking.

The issue is you might be waiting the whole time and then the time is up. It's more unusual for the seniors on a call to make room for their employees to talk in my experience. Make yourself heard, or wait eternally.
