Oh no is right! 😥 Let them dry our and thin down some wood glue and brush it on them. It will dry clear! Just make sure it's thr outdoor one. Works on anything I sculpt out of paper clay.

I used boncrete on mine, put holes in the bottom poured in some boncrete swirled around & let drain, when dry I painted boncrete on the outside with 2 -3 thick coats & I found this was my solution for outdoor paper products in the past ( make sure it’s very dry papier-mâché or mould can happen after sealing)

If you start them with chicken wire it helps some. But you really need to spray them with poly coat like 100 times.

Cover them with some UV-cure clear epoxy. You can brush it on and cure it with UV light or sunlight. This will give a thin, color-boosting, waterproof layer if done well. Do be sure those are very dry before doing so.
