Pixel 10 Pro has the worst processor of any flagship phone… it’s so bad it isn’t even on par with a 5 year old iPhone or 3 year old Galaxy S/Ultra device.

I don’t like to post negative comments, but Verizon earned it. I called 3 times tonight, and got dumped in different queues without warning or resolutions, each time in the queue the phone would randomly disconnect. I talked to two different supervisors that were not helpful and would drop me into a queue in the middle of me asking a question without a warning. I worked in a call center for 3 years, and would get fired if I would treat a customer this way.

I currently work from home. My router went out. I’m being told that it will take 2-3 days to get a new router…so in regards to work what solution did Verizon come up with? Use my hotspot which is not going to be sufficient for my work needs. They do not offer any other temporary resolution while the router has to be delivered. By the time the router gets here I would have lost over $300 in wages. Unless I use my PTO right now instead of for the holidays. IF YOU WORK FROM HOME OR OWN A BUSNESS BEWARE because how can you run an efficient business in 2025 with unreliable equipment and a company that can’t fix an issue before 3 days. What do you tell your clients? Do better Verizon.

Yalls prices are insane compared to Mint Mobile and my service is the exact same. So glad I switched. We were with Verizon for 15+ years and $200 for two phones is insane. I pay less than that for 3 months for two phones, same service, same package.
