how do you track calories without obsessing over them? idk if it's bc of my ed past but it's so hard to without starting to obsess over it

how many calories do you consume a day? i’ve been in a calorie surplus for almost a year now because naturally i’m skinny and it helped build me a foundation to grow my legs which i did and am happy about! but unfortunately the extra fat does go to my belly so now i need to work on core and cardio which i’ve been neglecting😅
