Been struggling with migraines my whole life ( 29 years old). Mine is triggered by strong odors, stress, strong taste, too much efffort, little sleep etc. i get you and i am really sorry for you :(. Try drinking a bit of coffee ( for me doesnt work by my neurologist said i can try) or massage the head (mine is on left side of head) with something really minty that can feel cool. And drink loads of water

This might seem silly but have you tried to drink a Coca Cola? I get migraines occasionally and it surprisingly helps.

I’ve had migraines since I was 5, only thing that’s helped me is pizotifen every night to prevent them, but I’ll assume you’ve already tried it and I use like hair clips to hold my eyebrows up lol, sounds strange but it works

Just try to vomit till the end of your stomach it usually helps for me. You can also dip your feet in extreme hot water it may help
