I had a package that was lost in USPS. After a week, it finally got scanned and made its way to me. But I would hope they’d refund you if you ended up not getting it?! That is so scary and makes me hesitate with my mass Mercari purchasing 😂

Damn!!!!!! I’ve heard bad things like this happening with Mercari!! I’ve never purchased from them because of it unfortunately!!!!! Sucks because it’s supposed to be “trusted” 😩😩😩😩😩 sorry that happened love super frustrating!!!!!!

Went through this. Keep appealing to USPS for an insurance claim. It took me 3 or 4 appeals and several calls to my local office, but they sent me a check eventually. It was a $100+ full bottle

If the usps lost your package you need to wait 30 days from the last movement on the tracking. Once 30 days are up Mercari will refund you
