This is unfortunately extremely common with epidurals. You could have some nerve damage from pushing. Something could be pinching. A chiropractor and some body work might be beneficial.

Yesss OMG SO MUCH back pain! I went to a chiropractor & functional PT and strengthened my back muscles, it made all the difference for me!

I had terrible pain post pardum I found out that my left hip was 40 degrees higher than my right and some of my ribs even slipped out of place which made it hurt to breath I went to the chiropractor and have now been going for a year now it helped me sooooo much

I would try PT and strengthen those back muscles/your core. That should help a ton!
