quick question. can dried up thermal paste on the gpu cause artifacts (while gaming usually after 5-10 mins of playing) the temps are okay tho on afterburner being around 75-80 or is it a VRAM problem (I got errors on vram tests as well)

If your building a pc be sure not to buy an old generation of cpu. The last cpu with pins were Ryzen 5000 series that are obsolete. Therefore this video is a bs.
