They don't have a choice 💀 It's the regional and the owner's decision to not allow big bags in store. They make the policy and the employees have to suffer the backlash from it. Write a review and make sure to call out the higher ups only because they'd rather use employees as security instead of hiring security to save money. They want the security, just don't want to pay for it.
