@bestboiyuri: Did I miss any Chainsaw Man Reze Arc Movie References? Chainsaw Man Anime OP had movie easter eggs too manga author Tatsuki Fujimoto favorite films like Makima’s foot-tapping during breakfast is a reference to Pulp Fiction (1994). When Aki is driving, the framing mirrors the opening scene of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Angel Devil’s descent visually references Constantine (2005), While the Denji, Aki, and Power's dance seqeunce pays homage to Bande a Part the paper craft scene that follows is a nod to Inferno and Denji riding a horse eferences Eadweard Muybridge’s The Horse in Motion. When Makima hands Denji Reze’s bomb pin, it references Léon: The Professional (1994). And the movie denji and makima watch is from 1959's Ballad of a Soldier. Reze choking Upin is a clear nod to No Country for Old Men (2007) — a scene Fujimoto himself said he wanted to recreate. and Finally when Reze throws her head, listen closely — you’ll hear the Wilhelm scream used in tons of movies like star wars #chainsawman #reze #fyp #foryou #viral
