that is definitely the correct way you CPR on a small child, the only reason to turn them over and Pat them on the back would be if they were choking on something, which is completely different than doing cpr.

so you mean to tell me her mother knows more than the professional on the phone? you most certainly do give cpr to a child if their heart beat is dropping or they have non. cpr is not the same thing as removing a stuck piece of food from their throat. 🙄 I hope this woman has the worst prison life imaginable. that poor baby! I couldn't even imagine! 😭
