Here’s an idea why don’t they not allow customers to bring giant bags of merchandise into the store and wander around if they have an exchange in a bag they leave it behind the front desk until they want to do the exchange

What a nightmare to figure out!! I agree if you come in with bags you bring them to the front then shop for what you want. Don’t they have cameras? That would have made it so much easier.
