SFST - 1/2 to do with how they do on the test. The other half, It's about can they follow simple instructions? Are they oriented and aware of what's going on around them? It also helps with evidence in court. They are voluntary in most states, not required. You HAVE to blow or give blood if asked. Implied Consent - you have NO CHOICE. If you refuse to blow or give blood, your license is automatically suspended for a year or more depending on the state.

I am feeling left out! I have been caught speeding, fictitious plates that were expired, no idea, no seetbelt, no registration or proof of insurance and have never been pulled out of my car, mistreated, said anyone was racist, gone to jail. I dont get it. I guess I have to start drinking. lmao
