Because Korean nationalists feel threatened by Chinas prosperity. It's happening All too fast, most people in the late twenties remember growing up with Chinese chasing after Korean products, nowadays young affluent Koreans travel to China, buy Labubus, watch CDrama (or copy CDrama) and watch their Tech Industry slowly lose to China Tech giants, and America being countered by China (Koreans still think White Americans are a superior race) and all this China Winning is destroying their world view as indoctrinated by America for the last 60 years. The idea that another ASIAN country with ASIAN people who can stand-up against White Colonialism is mind boggling to Koreans (they are an American colony tbh) .

Because Chinese have been given fair treatment all over the world. Chinese can buy land in America and Korea but Chinese won’t allow Koreans to owe anything inside China. Not even the factories that are 100% Korean funded.

Humans always get made at other ethnicities instead of the people who freaking allow policies and such to allow such things. 😒 I’m half Korean and I understand Koreans to an extent but it’s not Chinese people’s faul the government basically help them buy most of jeju and lots of real estate in Seoul and such
