We paid for a soft drinks package because neither my husband or I like wine so the whole 'standard' x bottles of wine per table and then just water was not for us at all. We still provided wine and prosecco but why would people who can't or don't drink have to end up with some fizzy water?

I paid £6 for a glass of nozecco at a venue because the bottles provided by the couple were all drunk by everyone who was drinking. I was 35 weeks pregnant at the time

I don’t drink anymore and at the first wedding I went to they offered champagne and I politely refused. They then replied ‘would you like a sparkling elderflower instead?’ I was DELIGHTED because I thought to the untrained eye it’ll look like a glass of champagne and I won’t have to explain/fight off pregnancy accusations… it was in a huge tumbler with a stripy red and white straw 🤣

as someone who abused alcohol, I was told to stay away from things like nozecco and non alcoholic cocktails, as it gives you a false sense of security. I agree though orange juice and coke all night is hard work.

I really recommend Sparkling Tea from Fortnum or Copenhagen. My fiancé doesn't drink so I wanted something that felt more celebratory. Everyone LOVES it.

My wedding venue was brilliant at this. Non alcoholic version of the same alcoholic cocktail. Sorts served to any guests I flagged weren’t drinking without question. Brilliant.

I don’t drink so at my wedding my signiture drink was a drink that tasted great with our without the alcohol and people loved it! I 100% agree though

At my old job we used to do 0% sparking wine for anyone not drinking it was so refreshing to see as someone who can’t drink!!

I went to my fiancé's bosses daughter's wedding a few months back I don't drink cos of my antidepressants the cocktails looked so nice I asked one of the waiters for a non alcoholic cocktail and their response was sorry we aren't doing any. I ended up drinking coca cola all night I am in my mid 40's

Went to a party the other night, money behind the bar. I dont normally drink due to health reasons. I asked for a mocktail, then was told the money behind the bar only covered alcohol 🤨

we got married 3 weeks ago, both of us were a pile of nerves during the dinner (best man got way to drunk and was starting a row). we weren't fit to be drinking but the venue had non-alcoholic wine which was fab to not look like the odd ones out and feel a little fancy
